Conference Services at Emory University is a full-service summer conference operation, from approximately May 25 through August 1 every year. We serve the needs of both internal Emory organizations and external (non-affiliated) groups. We host a variety of conferences catering to people of all ages, backgrounds, and interests. No matter the size or the scope of your organization, our goal is to make your conference experience as enjoyable as possible.

The Emory University campus is located in the historic Druid Hills neighborhood, a beautiful community with dining and shopping districts just minutes from downtown Atlanta. Conference Services offers housing, dining services, meeting space, transportation, media support, and recreational services that combine the educational mission of a liberal arts university with the rich diversity and amenities of a major urban setting. We are a customer-centered organization that will work with you to meet the needs of your group.

Currently, we exclusively serve residential groups. However, any group that does not need housing accomodations is invited to contact the Meeting Services Office. We are also unable to offer any services for conferences held during the academic year.

Conference Services at Emory University is an auxiliary of the office of Housing Operations within the Division of Campus Life.

The mission of Conference Services is:

  • Provide oustanding customer service and quality services to our clients and guests; and
  • Provide a meaningful learning experience for our staff through challenging responsibilities and supportive supervision.
