During the academic year, each Emory department handles the reservation process for meeting spaces within its buildings. Interested parties may contact the following departments for information regarding availability, policies, and rates for academic year functions. Due to high demand, many meeting rooms are only open to the Emory community during the school year, but it is advised to check with each department individually.

• DUC, Cox Hall, Academic Classrooms (after 6:00 PM): Meeting Services

• Academic Classrooms (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM): Office of the Registrar
